Abandoned and Blighted Property Conservatorship

As part of its neighborhood improvement and economic development mission, FNP works with local stakeholders to target and eradicate blight in neighborhoods through Pennsylvania’s abandoned and blighted property framework.

FNP serves as conservator on behalf of the neighborhood to acquire blighted properties, restore them, and make them available to the local community.

FNP believes that this effort can help restore value and pride in the neighborhoods that need it the most.
