Our Mission
At Flourishing Neighborhoods Project (“FNP”), we work to expand opportunities in economically developing neighborhoods by collaborating with local stakeholders to reduce neighborhood blight, encourage financial investment, and enhance quality of life in urban communities.
FNP believes that by combining community ties with professional expertise, we can successfully provide residents with tools for financial success and expand economic opportunities in neighborhoods throughout the city.
FNP
offers free educational courses on the basics of financial literacy to provide our neighbors with the tools they need for economic success. These courses are run by our Board of Directors and network of local industry experts.
partners with the local community and its organizations in neighborhood beautification efforts to promote pride and ownership amongst neighbors. These beautification efforts include the building of clean and safe playgrounds, creating public spaces for art and recreation, coordinating block clean-ups, and restoring of blighted properties.
